1. Purpose and operator

These terms define the conditions for the Shinjum mobile app and related web services operated by Knowch.

2. Service content

• Daily signs, face-based daily readings, and AI dream interpretation.
• Detailed readings unlocked by rewarded ads.
• 30-minute AI chats for each oracle.
• Affiliate product recommendations that may be shown independently of a reading.

3. AI content notice

The oracles are fictional AI characters, not real people. AI responses may be inaccurate or include different interpretations. Consult qualified professionals and official sources for important medical, legal, tax, investment, employment, or similar decisions.

4. Free access and rewarded ads

The number and reset timing of free readings follow the conditions shown in the app. A detailed reading is granted only after a user chooses a rewarded ad and the reward is confirmed.

5. Paid consultation

A 30-minute consultation pass applies only to the oracle chat room selected at purchase and is available for the displayed time from payment confirmation. Payments, cancellation, and refunds follow applicable marketplace policies and law.

6. Affiliate products

Everyday products unrelated to a reading may be recommended below it. Knowch may receive an affiliate commission when a purchase is made through a link, but the users purchase price is not increased. Seller policies govern sales, delivery, exchanges, refunds, and quality.

7. Restrictions and liability

Do not use another person personal information or payment information without permission, automate abnormal requests, or bypass payment, ad reward, or security features. Access may be restricted for violations, fraudulent payment, manipulation, or intrusion. Consumer rights guaranteed by law are not limited.
