Account and data deletion

Shinjum does not create a member account to delete

Shinjum does not use email, phone, or social-login accounts. The profile information you enter stays on your device and can be deleted directly as described below.

1. Delete data stored on your device

  1. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Shinjum → Storage. On iOS, go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Shinjum.
  2. On Android, choose Clear data or Clear storage. On iOS, choose Delete App. Uninstalling and reinstalling also removes local data.
  3. Your name, birth details, face photo and on-device analysis, saved readings, chats, reminder settings, and local access state are removed.

2. What the service retains

Shinjum does not retain member profiles, original face photos, detailed landmark data, on-device readings, or chat logs on its servers. Google Play, Google AdMob, and affiliate sellers manage their own data under their privacy settings and support processes.

3. Notice

Deleted local readings and chats cannot be restored. Your Google Play order history may remain in your Google account. Contact: choi.sh@knowch.co.kr
